Feng Shui is the ancient art and science of space and orientation developed over 3.000 years ago in China. It is the art of balancing the individual with the environment, be it natural or artificial. It is based on the concept that everything in your environment has a life force or energy called “chi.”
The ancient Chinese people believed that the energy of the earth was so strong that it could practically affect people. So, they maintained, through Feng Shui, positive energy in their spaces, while removing the negative one.
The practice of Feng Shui was a part of the Chinese culture until the communist revolution. Only the Chinese imperial court had access in the secret techniques and the Feng Shui masters were forbidden to share the knowledge to outsiders.

According to the Taoist theory of creation, there are three types of luck: heavenly, human, and earthly luck
- Heavenly luck can’t be controlled by man, it is beyond human intervention and it is also known as Destiny, Fate or Karma. Our destiny is determined by the time of our birth and can be studied and analyzed by the Four Pillars of Destiny or Bazi.
- Human luck involves our character, potential, education and the choices we make throughout the course of our life. Human luck can be determined by our thoughts and decisions. We attract whatever we think about the most.
- Earthly luck has to do with Feng Shui, that is, the study and analysis of the space we live and work in, and its objective is to develop and make the most of human potential.
Feng Shui helps us gain insight into our universe, which is alive and full of energy.
The theory of Yin and Yang, along with the theory of the five elements (water, earth, air, metal and wood), comprise the cornerstones of Feng Shui analysis.
Feng Shui helps to master your mind. If you master your mind, then you can transform your life.
How can it positively affect our lives and families?
In order to balance positive and negative energy in our homes and workplaces, we need to tap the energy from the environment and use it to create opportunities and positive outcomes. Things will then definitely change.
As a result, Feng Shui positively affects the wellbeing, health, happiness and prosperity of our families so that we will be able to lead a glorious life.
